Payson Lakes Camping Trip

We got together with Jeremy's family and went camping for a few days up at Payson Lakes. We love it up there and it's especially fun with all of the cousins. Of course the boys were covered in dirt after about 2 hours of being there. We spent each day fishing and swimming at the Lake and sitting around the campfire roasting marshmallows and making smore's. It was a very relaxing getaway!

Playing games at night with Grandma!

Cousins hanging out...the two boys (Gavin & Brody) eating a handful of dirt. Just Kidding, they have a bag of peanuts.

Did I mention the "getaway" was very relaxing.

Sage, Tianna and Landon.

Jeremy and the kids swimming in the lake. This is how we bathed the kids while we were up there.

BRACES!!

Well Katelyn is at that point in her life where braces become a part of growing up. She has been looking forward to them and has been counting down the days and finally on July 15th she got them on. She picked hot pink and lime green for her band colors. Her mouth was pretty sore the first few days, but now she is used to them. I didn't have the heart to tell her that the pain will start all over again when she goes in to get them tightened.

Gavin's Birthday

Our little Gavin turned 5 years old on July 11th. His cousin and best bud Brody turns 5 on July 22nd so we had a combined birthday party for the both of them (a good excuse to get all of the family together). It was a night full of pizza and cake and good relaxing time for the parents while the kids played. We then celebrated Gavin's birthday with the Isaac side on Sunday. Grandma made all of us a really good dinner and we all sat around the table and visited. Gavin pretty much had a three day birthday celebration.

Happy Birthday Boys!!

We took all of the cousins to the "Splash Park" and let them run around. It was a good time.

New Skateboard from Grandma Brown (oh boy, here come the stitches/broken bones)!

Happy 4th of July!

We started out the day with mom taking us to an outdoor swimming pool. Dad was in New York for the Yankees game with his mom, dad and brother. After a full day of swimming, we went to my Grandma Isaac's house for a BBQ and did lots of fireworks. We had a big sleep over that night with everyone and had a yummy breakfast made by Grandpa Isaac the next day. I am so glad we live close to family so we can spend our holidays together.
